We do offer rush services for time sensitive projects. Depending on your deadline, we’ll re-prioritise our schedule and assign additional resources. Rush fees may apply, however, we’ll always be transparent and upfront.
We provide both digital design and can assist with printing production through our trusted partners. Shipping and print costs are quoted separately. We’ll help oversee quality control to make sure everything is to the highest standard.
Yes, we offer retainer agreements for ongoing support such as content creation, design updates or social media graphics. Retainers are customisable to fit your monthly needs.
As creative work is time-intensive, we don’t offer refunds once work has begun. We do, however, take client satisfaction very seriously and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
